One of things that caught my attention turning through, Everyday Greatness by Stephen R. Covey were some simple statements by others. Not wanting to read an entire chapter, I turn to some them. Let me share two that I think say a great deal in only a few words.
"Be sure you put your foot in the right place, and then stand firm." Abraham Lincoln
"The time is always right to do the right thing." Martin Luther King, Jr.
Both of these remind me how important it is to take a right stand and then stick at it no matter what. While it may not always be easy, it is indeed the right thing to do, isn't it?
