I KEPT MY WORD

We were able to go see my Father today as I said I would. I took him copies of all my blogs for him to read at his leisure. He flipped through them and asked that I read one or two to him. What amazed Dad was that I cover so many topics. I told him how much I enjoy spending my time doing this very thing. Dad informed me that I have to come back again next month, like one day next week. Who knows, I might just take him up on it if he will buy my lunch! We had lots of laughs, tons of talking and lots of just listening. It was a delighful day with Dad.
